 How to Use:

Ship to a cool location. We recommend choosing a delivery address where your package won’t sit in the heat for long periods. No refunds for melted products. We cannot offer returns or refunds for items left outside, in mailboxes, or that arrive melted. Chill before opening. If your tallow arrives soft or melted, place it in the refrigerator for 20–30 minutes before opening to let it firm up. Texture may change, but quality remains. Whipped tallow contains tiny air bubbles that make it fluffy and light. If it melts, those air bubbles collapse. The product will still work beautifully, but the texture will be denser, and the volume may appear reduced. Melted tallow may also look more transparent or darker in color. We are a small-batch business and cannot control weather or transit conditions. Thank you for your understanding—all sales are final.
