Hi, I’m Veronica but around here, everyone calls me Memaw.

I didn’t plan on starting a business. I was simply trying to heal my skin, my home, and the little bodies I love most. As a mama and former chef, I found myself drawn to slow care and old remedies. Tallow balm was the first thing I made that felt like truth, like something my body had been waiting for.

It started in my kitchen, late at night, while the kids slept and the broth simmered. Those quiet moments turned into rhythm, ritual, and eventually...Belmonte Homestead.

Today, I live in Simi Valley with my firefighter husband and our four wild boys. Life here is loud, sweet, and a little messy, just the way I like it. I pour that same honest, hands-on energy into every product I make. Whether I’m stirring diaper cream, blending a balm, or labeling jars with a toddler on my hip, I do it with joy, intention, and love for the Earth’s wisdom.

This isn’t just skincare… it’s sacred care.
It’s about replacing the toxic with the natural.
