1. Do you accept returns or offer refunds?
No. All sales are final. Due to the handcrafted and personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we may offer a store credit or replacement.
2. How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your order goes out. We do not guarantee shipping timeframes once your package is with the carrier.
3. What if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked “delivered” by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and secure.
4. Are your products safe for sensitive skin, babies, or pregnancy?
All of our products are made with natural ingredients and no synthetic additives. However, everyone’s skin is different. Please review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before full use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or managing a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using any new product.
5. Can I use your products on my baby?
Yes — many of our formulas are created with little ones in mind. Always patch test first and discontinue use if irritation occurs.
6. Do you use preservatives or synthetic ingredients?
No. All of our products are made with clean, natural ingredients and are free from synthetic preservatives, parabens, and artificial fragrance.
7. How should I store my products?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Because our products are free from synthetic stabilizers, they may soften or melt in warm temperatures — this does not affect their quality or effectiveness.
8. Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes. We never test on animals, and all ingredients are ethically sourced.

10. What is tallow, and why do you use it?
Tallow is rendered animal fat — a deeply nourishing, ancestral ingredient rich in vitamins A, D, E, and K. It closely mimics our skin’s natural oils, making it incredibly effective for hydration, barrier repair, and overall skin health. We use it because it works, and because our ancestors trusted it long before modern skincare existed.
11. Do your products smell like meat?
No. Our tallow is slowly rendered, triple-filtered, and blended with essential oils or botanicals to create a subtle, clean scent. What you’ll smell is herbal, earthy, and comforting — not beefy.
12. Where do you source your ingredients?
We source our tallow from local, pasture-raised farms and only use high-quality, ethically sourced herbs, oils, and essential oils. Whenever possible, we choose organic, wildcrafted, and local ingredients.
13. How long do your products last?
Unopened and stored properly, most products last 6–12 months. Once opened, we recommend using them within 3–6 months for maximum freshness and potency. Because we don’t use preservatives, it’s important to keep the product clean and dry.
14. Can I use your products if I have eczema or psoriasis?
Many customers with dry skin conditions like eczema or psoriasis have found relief using our tallow-based products. While we can’t make medical claims, our ingredients are chosen for their calming, anti-inflammatory properties. Always patch test first and consult your doctor if needed.
15. Can I send your products as a gift?
Absolutely. Just enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. If you'd like to include a gift note, you can add it in the “Order Notes” section before submitting your order. While we don’t currently offer gift wrapping, all packages are shipped with care and intention — perfect for thoughtful gifting.
